This program provides assistance to City of Passaic residents following the current COVID-19 pandemic, allowing for the payment of back rent for up to 3 months.

Passaic's Dignity House for homeless residents recognized by Gov. Murphy
PASSAIC — Mayor Hector Lora's plan to create Dignity House, a resource center for the city's homeless population, initially did not get much support. In fact, because some were outright opposed to it, he said he had to tread carefully when he proposed using $1 million in Community Development funds to convert an old firehouse into the resource center.
